Attendees Attendance at WACDL seminars is limited to WACDL members and those eligible for WACDL membership. Lawyers, law students, and non-lawyers are eligible for WACDL membership if they are not now engaged full or part-time in the prosecution or law enforcement investigation of criminal cases, and if they are not engaged in a full-time judicial function.

This program has been approved for 5.75 Washington MCLE credits, including 3.75 law & legal credits and 2 other credits.

OPD Approved Training

WACDL CLE programs are “approved trainings” for purposes of meeting the Washington State OPD requirement for attending at least 7 hours of training annually.

Registration Information

  • Full refund to those who cancel by 5 pm one week prior to the program. We will deduct $15 for those who cancel later than that, but by noon on the Wednesday prior. No refunds after that time, but you may substitute another person in your place.
  • Door registrations will be accepted on a space available basis.
    If you have special needs related to disabilities, please contact us at least five working days prior to the program.
  • Seminar participants may not make audio or visual recordings of WACDL seminars.
  • Photo release: WACDL assumes it has permission to use photographs and/or video of you taken at this event in communications related to the mission of WACDL, unless you notify WACDL otherwise.
