Program Overview
Sessions will explore jury selection in sex cases, child hearsay and witness examination, ethical obligations and collateral consequences, client preparation for evaluations and sentencing, and the realities of post-sentence supervision and registration. Faculty include Ken Chang, Brian Flaherty, Rachel Forde, Sonja Hardenbrook, Brad Meryhew, and Amy Muth, with the program co-chaired by Jennifer Atwood and Kristen Murray.
