To attend WACDL CLE programs, you need to be either a WACDL member or eligible for WACDL membership. You are eligible for WACDL membership if you are an attorney who is a member of any state bar, a law student, or a non-lawyer professional who is involved with the criminal justice system. Any person who performs a prosecutorial function, who performs any law enforcement investigation of criminal cases, or who is engaged in a full-time judicial function is not eligible for membership in WACDL.
